Pat Brock is the President and CEO. He has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of the construction industry, specializing in framing, roofing, siding, gutters, and remodeling. Pat started our company 13 years ago as a sole proprietor doing the siding work himself and has taken his business to an expanding group of companies with around 100 employees. The growth in business is attributed to Pat’s commitment to integrity and quality in every aspect of the project and business. His vision for Side-Pro is to always provide the customer with the highest value in product and service for all of your buildings exterior needs.
   
daveb@sidepro.com Dave Brock is the Chief Financial Officer. He has held Senior Financial Management positions in Financial Planning, Cost Management, and Estimating for the Boeing Company over the last 25 years. Dave earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting from City University in 1990, and a Masters in Business Administration in 2000, also from City University. Dave is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Capella University in the school of Business and Technology. Dave is on staff as an adjunct professor at both South University and Western International University. He has extensive finance and management experience and is focused on sustainability and growth for our company.
   
rickh@sidepro.com Rick Hoover  is the General Manager of Roof-Pro a division of Side-Pro Inc. He has been involved in roofing all of his life. He started working with his father at a commercial roofing company soon after graduating high school in 1977. He then spent 15 years in the roofers union doing mostly commercial roof work as a foreman and the last three years as a superintendent. In 1991 Rick started his own roofing company working on a wide range of residential and light commercial roofing projects. In March of 2007 Rick joined our company. Rick is committed to the highest quality standards and customer satisfaction.
   
Craiga@sidepro.com Craig S. Achziger is the General Manager of  New Construction Siding. Craig's background includes 17 years experience covering Safety procedures and construction. Craig came to our company in 2001. Craig has experience in all aspects of construction.  He is committed to builder and home owner satisfaction with the highest quality and safety standards. Craig stays current by completing the latest courses in water & mold intrusion as well as Home Builders Institute for Residential Construction in training and supervision.

Troy Young is the General Manager of the replacement siding division for our company. Soon after graduating from high school in 1988 he started working as the third generation siding installer in his father and grandfather’s siding business, Young’s of the Northwest, Inc. In 1992 Troy became the General Manager for the re-side division of Chaussee Siding Company in Woodinville. In 1996 Troy took over his father’s siding company and ran the business with his wife for 10 years. In the fall of 2006 he joined our company. Troy is committed to the highest in quality installation and exceptional customer service.
   
jeffb@sidepro.com Jeff Brock is the Purchasing agent and Senior estimating manager. He has extensive management experience, including running his own business. His background includes 8 years experience in estimating and purchasing for our company. Jeff first joined our organization in 1996 and was part of the first siding crew for our siding division.  He is committed to bringing you high quality building materials at a competitive price. Jeff and his estimating team will provide you with a complete and accurate estimate in a timely manner. 

   
russelld@sidepro.com Russell DeArment is the Sales-manager covering both the replacement siding and roofing divisions. He has over 15 years of experience in all aspects of residential construction. Russ managed and ran his own painting company from 1998 until 2006 before joining our company in 2007. Russ enjoys working with people and believes in treating his clients like he would like to be treated; maybe that’s why so many people like to work with him.
