Dear Pat:
This letter is necessary to write, since my recent experience with Side-Pro Inc., as an entire company, is what every customer/client expects and desires, but is the type of service that is very rarely received.
I would initially like to thank you, Pat Brock and owner of Side-Pro Inc., for your opening visit. It is a high-quality and first-class experience for a client to meet the owner of a company, and equally if not more significant to have the owner provide the actual quotation, an overview of customer options, and complete genuineness and honesty you have provided regarding the entire re-siding project.
Next, I would like to extend my gratitude to Ronda Rasmussen and Craig Achziger. Ronda and I have conversed by phone on many occasions, as she has understood and made certain that all concerns would be dealt with and attended to. Likewise, Craig was very professional, prompt in returning all phone calls, and left no doubt that all materials, concerns, and options would immediately be addressed, as not to delay project execution, as well as always considering customor goals and expectations.
Finally, I would like to thank the actual workers and the "Heart-and-Soul" of Side-Pro Inc., which is both Calvin Osborn and Jayson Shelby. The intent is not to diminish the appreciation and effort put forth and provided by others, however Calvin and Jayson execute the actual work and produce the final product. Calvin is very professional, reliable, involves the customer and is very suggestive with many ideas, has great attention to detail, and is very skilled. Jayson is one of the hardest workers I have seen, as he keeps pace with Calvin's work and suggests many thought of his own. It is amazing to see these two individuals work together and perform as a complete unit, just like a well-oiled machine.
Both Calvin and Jayson have continually exceeded all expectations. The attention to detail that Calvin possesses is more than just a basic execution of skillful work, as he continually exemplified this by his unvarying desire to suggest alternatives, his attention to detail, and his patience and willingness to satisfy the customer. These attributes are rare, and greatly appreciated by the customer.
In summary, I would like to thank all involved parties of Side-Pro Inc. However, I would like to extend a special gratitude to Calvin and Jayson, not only for their hard work, but for each and every time these two have observed and revealed items of concern, involved customer opinion, and provided optional views that have drastically improved the entire re-side project. These comments are made with complete sincerity, as both would be considered "Keepers" and a welcome addition to any business. Side-Pro Inc. is very fortunate to have these two individuals as a member of their company.

Your crews' recent work performed on the re-side of our home was an impressive performance of skill, attention to detail and relentless care to make it look how we wanted.
Your company, as you already know, is privileged to have craftsmen such as Calvin Osborne and Jason Shelby representing you.
My expectations were always exceeded by this crew. Calvin's patience and creativity to solve the toughest parts of our homes countless details made the finished product flawless. I watched as he only accepted perfection, nothing less. Calvin's attitude and politeness was a welcome addition to our home while he was around. His impressionable line "We're not happy unless you are" was sincere.
Thank you for placing this crew on our home, and for the work that Side-Pro did to make our home beautiful.

Dear Pat,
I thought I would take the time to congratulate you on not only your excellent product, but your outstanding team that you have provided us. As my wife and I are leaving for Norway in the next few days, we both feel very comfortable in knowing that the project will be completed to our exacting specifications. We have worked with many subcontractors and have built many houses personally and have not, until now, had anyone exceed what they were asked to do, let alone be on time for the project.
Let me commend the team of Calvin, Mitchell, and Jason for their hard work. There were times when I really felt they needed to not work so hard and accused them of sleeping in their cars. My neighbor was so impressed with what he saw that he wants your company to come out and do the same thing for him. These guys were unbelievable and it gives me hope that there are still some hard workers around.
Lastly, I would like to just say, should you like to use my name, my house, or any recommendation for further sales, by all means please feel free to do so. Though we are in Norway now, I would be happy to call anyone (from Norway) or email anyone to tell them of your excellent company and product. Dear Side-Pro:
While this kind of letter is a rarity for us, we did want to express our appreciation for the exceptional job your crew did re-siding our residence last month. We particularly want to acknowledge everyone's professionalism in work habits, daily clean-up, attention to detail and initiative in suggesting new ideas for trim, color, etc., all within the framework of a competitive bid and on-budget completion.
We are delighted with the outcome of this project. We believe it is noticeably superior to the original siding job, which, apart from the nature of the L-P product, wasn't bad.
Please convey our thanks to your team, and feel free to show this letter to anyone considering Side Pro for their re-siding project. You are welcome to show our house to any prospective customers. I'll even try to keep the lawn mowed.
