How well do you know your roof condition? Here are some questions to ask yourself:
- What is the age of my roof? Look for old records of previous roof jobs or possibly see when your home was built.
- Can you see any interior damage caused from water intrusion to your home?
- Is there debris on your roof or in your gutters?
- Is your landscaping overgrowing on to your roof ?
- Does your roof have a lot of Moss growing on it ?
