Process

This all begins with a phone call to our office or a click of the mouse to set up an appointment for our professional roof estimator to come to your home. They will professionally inspect your roof and discuss all of your roofing needs. Even if your home does not  need a roof at this time.

Next, you will be given a written estimate including brochures of different roofing options all delivered at the same appointment. These will include any and all ventilation needs for your home. Upon your commitment to us, we will send you  a pre-job letter that further explains what to expect and how to prepare so that your roofing project is as smooth as possible.

Then we will arrange an appropriate time to begin your roof installation.

Great detail is taken to care for your landscaping and home as your new roof is being applied. Once your project is complete, we make sure your home is clean and free of debris. All gutters are cleaned out, and all work is completed to your satisfaction.

Following completion we offer a Lifetime Master Shingler applicator warranty for our workmanship and a manufacturers warranty against the materials used including a follow up letter for you to inform us of any questions or concerns so that we are constantly improving our customer service and ensuring that your roof is of the highest quality.
